Flash Streamer is the electro-discharge used in our air purifier that decomposes (oxidizes) more than 1,000 times more than glow discharge.

*Glow discharge: The most common type of plasma that is used by a plasma ionizer, etc., for electrostatic dust collection.

The high-speed electrons emitted by the Flash Streamer have a two-fold benefit. Chemical substances such as formaldehyde are removed by the oxidative action brought about by the presence of these electrons. Plus the action of the unit’s Photocatalytic filters has been greatly enhanced by the Flash Streamer. The result: the removal of more allergens and adjuvant substances, increased disinfection power and improved odour breakdown.

Tested in accordance with the Japan Electrical Manufacturer's Association Standard JEM 1467. Be aware that the unit is unable to remove the harmful carbon monoxide that results from smoking cigarettes. Deodorising efficiency decreases with use. Not all continuously present odour components can be removed.
